14-day window / digital download
If a print is not what you expected, or you change your mind after seeing the file on screen, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No explanation required.

We process refunds within two business days. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within five to ten business days.
When a refund is issued, your download link is invalidated and your personal-use licence is revoked. You agree to delete any copies of the PDF and any prints already produced.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund of the same title, or where the file has been redistributed.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a buyer of digital content normally waives the 14-day cooling-off right once download starts. We choose to honour the 14-day window regardless, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Unresolved concerns can be referred to the Citizens Advice consumer service or the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) where data-related.
If you spot an unfamiliar charge, please email us before raising a card dispute. We almost always resolve the issue faster than the chargeback timeline.
