We sell digital download PDFs only, so we do not request or store physical mailing addresses.

• To send order confirmations and download reminders
• To respond to provenance, licensing or restoration enquiries
• To meet our obligations under UK tax law (HMRC)

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any marketing partner.

We process personal data under the lawful basis of contract (delivering your purchase), legal obligation (UK tax records) and legitimate interest (preventing fraud).

5. Payment processing

6. Sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our transactional email service for delivering download links. No marketing partners, no analytics tied to identifiable users.

7. Retention

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy HMRC requirements. Contact form enquiries are deleted after twelve months.
